广东省普通高校大学生体质健康影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:为了进一步深入探索大学生体质健康的影响因素,为教育部门和学校对大学生体质健康进行有效的促进与干预或拟定相关政策提供依据;为进一步提高大学生体质健康水平提供切实可行的解决方案,为后续的类似研究提供参考。方法:本文采取文献资料法、问卷调查法、因子分析法、结构方程模型等多种方法,深入探索大学生体质健康的影响因素,初步构建了广东省普通高校大学生体质健康影响因素模型。结论:影响广东省普通高校大学生体质健康的因素有十个;根据相关理论知识和上述分析结果将这十个因素归结为三个更高一级因素:学校体育因素、学生自身因素、家庭社会因素;其中学校体育因素包含有体育课程因素、课外体育活动、场地设施因素三个方面;学生自身因素包含不良生活习惯因素、饮食营养因素、健康认知因素、体育锻炼因素四个方面;家庭社会因素则包含国家体质测试因素、家庭支持因素、社会支持因素三个方面。The objective of this paper is to further explore the influencing factors of college students’physical health,provide a basis for education departments and colleges to effectively promote and intervene or formulate relevant policies for college students’physical health.Methods:This paper adopts various methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,factor analysis method,structural equation model,etc.,to deeply explore the influencing factors of college students’physical health,and preliminarily build a model of factors affecting college students’physical health in general colleges and universities in Guangdong Province.Conclusion:The ten-factor model that affects the physical health of college students in general colleges and universities in Guangdong Province has been established;according to the relevant theoretical knowledge and the above analysis results,these ten factors are attributed to three higher-level factors:school sports factors,students’own factors,and family and social factors;Among them,school sports factors include three aspects:sports curriculum factors,extracurricular sports activities,and venue facilities factors;students’own factors include four aspects:bad living habits,diet and nutrition factors,health cognition factors,and physical exercise factors;family and social factors include three aspects:national physical fitness test factors,family support factors,and social support factors.
