浅析本土服装品牌的设计管理模式发展

摘  要:设计管理作为设计创意产业中的重点,历经五十多年的发展,已经逐渐被欧美日政府以及企业所重视,但在国内发展较晚,除了部分工业设计为核心的公司非常注重设计管理外,其他产业都有待发展。中国的服装产业也不例外,服装的设计管理水平仍有大量提升空间。从设计管理的角度,结合本土服装品牌发展的特点,从组织结构与管理流程来浅析本土服装品牌的发展,运用案例分析的方法,希望能够发现完善本土服装品牌的设计管理思路。Design management, as a key part of the design and creative industry, has been gradually attached importance to by governments and enterprises in Europe, America and Japan after more than 50 years of development. However, the development in China is relatively late, except for some industrial design-centered companies that attach great importance to design management, other industries remain to be developed. China’s garment industry is no exception, and the level of garment design and management still has a lot of room for improvement. From the perspective of design management, combined with the characteristics of the development of local clothing brands, this paper analyzes the development of local clothing brands mainly from the organizational structure and management process, using case analysis method, hoping to find the design management ideas to improve local clothing brands.
