摘　　要：旅游业的发展带动了地方区域经济的发展,同时也需要担负起地方区域文化传播的功效,国家针对文旅融合概念的提出,意在二者相互支撑,互相渗透,增进文化内涵传播,加强地方区域经济的建设,带动区域产业发展。河北地区地域辽阔,有较长的文化历史背景,通过对河北文化的挖掘结合河北皮革产业的可持续性创新发展,以“零浪费”的设计理念,以皮革边角料为原料进行旅游文创产品设计开发,形成区域特有的绿色文化经济。The development of tourism has driven the development of local and regional economies, and at the same time, it also needs to take on the role of local and regional cultural dissemination. The state proposes the concept of cultural and tourism integration, which is intended to support each other, penetrate each other, and enhance the dissemination of cultural connotations. Strengthen the construction of local regional economy and drive the development of regional industries. Hebei has a vast territory and a long cultural and historical background. Through the exploration of Hebei culture and the sustainable and innovative development of the leather industry in Hebei, the design concept of "zero waste" uses leather scraps as raw materials to design tourism cultural and creative products. development to form a unique green cultural economy in the region.
