摘　　要：本文以国产28种单元素标准膜为基础,建立了波长色散-X荧光法测定大气颗粒物中28种无机金属元素的测定方法,分别从滤光片的选用、目标元素谱线的选择、各元素测量时间的选择等方面优化了测试条件,计算了各元素的方法检出限。通过美国ERA颗粒物混合标样(E051-1125)和国产混合标样滤膜Mix-0092、Mix-0093对实验方法的准确度和精密度结果进行分析。实验结果表明:该方法建立的各元素标准曲线相关系数均≥0.999;检出限基本低于或等于国家规定的石英滤膜和有机滤膜的规定要求;标准滤膜的测定结果都与其标准值基本一致,相对误差为0.0%~8.4%;各元素测定的相对标准偏差在10%以内,实验方法准确可靠,能够满足目前的监测需求。A method for the determination of 28 inorganic elements in atmospheric particulate matter by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy has been established based on the single element standard membrane.The test conditions were optimized from the selection of filter,the selection of spectral line of target element and the selection of measuring time of each element,and the detection limits of each element were calculated.The accuracy and precision of the experimental method were analyzed by using the American ERA particulate mixture standard sample(E051-1125)and the domestic mixed standard filter membrane MIX-0092 and MIX-0093.The experimental results show that the correlation coefficients of each element standard curve established by this method are all≥0.999.The detection limit is basically lower than or equal to the national provisions of quartz filter membrane and organic filter membrane requirements;The measurement results of standard filter membrane are basically consistent with the standard value,and the relative error is 0.0%~8.4%.The relative standard deviation of each element is less than 10%,and the experimental method is accurate and reliable,which can meet the current monitoring needs.
