凌云县2021年5月特大冰雹灾害天气影响及防灾减灾对策

摘　　要：冰雹是局地性强,且季节性显著的灾害性天气。在出现冰雹的过程中,对农业、工业、交通、旅游等行业的危害较大,尤其是对农业生产损害最大。冰雹主要出现在中小尺度强对流天气系统内,在受到大气环流影响的同时,与降雹区域的大气稳定性、地貌地形等因素有关。以2021年5月8—9日出现在凌云县的特大冰雹灾害为例,重点分析了此次冰雹过程产生的影响,并提出了冰雹防灾减灾措施,以降低冰雹天气造成的危害。Hail is a local and seasonal severe weather.In the process of the occurrence of hail,the harm to agriculture,industry,transportation,tourism and other industries is great,especially to agricultural production.Hail mainly occurs in the mesoscale strong convective weather system,which is not only affected by atmospheric circulation,but also related to the atmospheric stability,geomorphology and other factors in the hail area.Taking the extreme hail disaster that occurred in Lingyun county from May 8to 9,2021 as an example,this paper focuses on the analysis of the influence of the hail process,and puts forward the prevention and mitigation measures of hail to reduce the harm caused by hail weather.
