摘 要:振弦式应变传感器已广泛应用于油气管道本体应力应变监测领域,但受管道运行工况、安装工艺等的影响,不同类型振弦式传感器的使用性能存在明显差异。为掌握该类传感器在油气管道应变监测中的实际使用寿命,对比监测数据误差,以点焊型和弧焊型振弦式应变传感器为研究对象,对穿越曲阜煤矿采空区的天然气管道应力状态进行连续监测,通过12年监测数据的对比分析表明:弧焊型传感器的存活率随时间线性下降,而监测数据误差呈线性增长趋势,传感器累计测量误差较大,这是由于弧焊型传感器采用防腐层安装,不能直接获取管道真实应力,且易受外界因素影响脱落所致。与弧焊型传感器相比,点焊型传感器测量数据能够真实反映管道应力应变状态,且使用寿命更长,满足持续监测对传感器最低存活率的要求。The vibrating wire strain sensors have been widely used in the field of stress and strain monitoring of oil and gas pipelines.However,different types of vibrating wire sensors vary greatly in service performance due to the influence of pipeline operating conditions and installation processes.In order to understand the actual service life of this type of sensors in strain monitoring of oil and gas pipelines and compare the error of monitoring data,the spot-weldable and arc-weldable vibrating wire strain sensors were studied and continuous monitoring was conducted to the stress state of gas pipelines in the goaf area of Qufu Coal Mine.Through comparative analysis to the 12-year continuous monitoring data,it is found that the survival rate of arc-weldable sensors decreases linearly with time,while the error of monitoring data increases linearly,resulting in a large cumulative measuring error.This is because the arc-weldable sensors are installed on the anticorrosive coating,cannot obtain the real stress of pipeline directly,and may fall off due to the influence of the external factors.Compared with the arc-weldable sensors,the spot-weldable sensors can truly reflect the stress-strain state of pipelines with the measurement data,have a longer service life,and meet the requirements of continuous monitoring for the minimum survival rate of sensors.
