毫火针拔罐结合壮医药线点灸治疗急性带状疱疹临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较急性带状疱疹临床西药治疗与毫火针拔罐结合壮医药线点灸治疗法的临床疗效。方法选择符合临床诊断标准的80例辨证为急性期带状疱疹患者,按照随机数字表法,随机分为观察组40例,采用毫火针拔罐结合壮医药线点灸治疗法,对照组40例,按照常规西药治疗方法(口服阿昔洛韦配合甲钴胺片)。两组观察指标:疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间、后遗神经痛发生率。治疗1个疗程后,统计对比两组各项指标。结果观察组总有效率为100%,明显优于对照组的80%(P<0.01);观察组治疗后VAS评分、止疱、结痂、脱痂时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组后遗神经痛发生率为5%,对照组为25%。结论采用毫火针拔罐结合壮医药线点灸治疗急性带状疱疹安全容易操作,后遗症发生率低,值得在临床上深入研究推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of filiform-fire-needle cupping combined with Zhuang medicated thread moxibustion in patients with herpes zoster.Methods A total of 80 cases with acute herpes zoster were divided equally into test group,treated with filiform-fire-needle cupping combined with Zhuang medicated thread moxibustion and control group,treated with ACV and mecobalamin.Visual analogue scale(VAS),blistering time,crusting time,dislocation time,and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia of two groups were observed one month after treatment.Results The total effective rate of test group was obviously superior to that of control group(100%vs.80%,P<0.01);blistering time,crusting time and dislocation time in the test group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of postherpetic neuralgia was 5% in the test group and 25% in the control group.Conclusion Filiform-fire-needle cupping combined with Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion is easy and safe to handle and the incidence of herpes zoster sequela is low.Therefore,it’s worth of clinical popularization and application.
