摘 要:巷道积水严重影响下山巷道掘进的单产单进水平及施工安全。对下山掘进工作面增加风泵和移动水箱等排水设施的改进排水技术,及对后路巷道顶底板出水采用软胶管排水代替水槽排水的全新排水技术,经在冀中能源股份公司各矿的实践应用表明,新排水工艺可以减少水泵设备损坏,减少了排水辅助工作,降低了巷道积水对巷道下山掘进的不良影响。Water accumulated in roadway seriously affected the unit progress level and construction safety of downhill roadway excavation.The improved drainage technology of adding air pump and moving water tank and other drainage facilities to the downhill excavation face,and the new drainage technology of using hose drainage instead of flume drainage to the water inflow of the back roadway roof and floor,were applied in various mines of Jizhong Energy Resources Group Co.,Ltd.The results showed that the new drainage technology could reduce the pump equipment damage,reduce the drainage auxiliary work,and greatly reduce the adverse effect of accumulated water on the downhill roadway excavation.
