摘  要:对于医药行业来说,气力输送技术因其输送效率高、不污染环境等优点,尤其适用于粉体物料的输送,因此在医药行业中得到了极为广泛的应用。基于某医药企业提炼车间的设计实例,提炼车间内固体物料的投料采用了压力式气力输送技术,对工程设计中涉及到的工艺流程及布置、辅助设备的布置、公用工程的设置、管道布置、压力损失、管道选型与设计等6个方面进行了探讨,以期能为相关人员对压力式气力输送技术在医药企业中的设计工作提供参考。Pneumatic conveying technology has been widely applied in pharmaceuticals industry benefited from the advantages of high transmission efficiency,no pollution and so on,especially suitable for conveying powder materials.It has been widely applied in pharmaceuticals industry.Based on design example of pharmaceutical enterprise refining workshop,pneumatic conveying with positive pressure is adopted for the solid material feeding in refining workshop.Six aspects involved in engineering design were discussed,such as process flow diagram and layout,arrangement of auxiliary equipment,installation of utility,arrangement of piping,pressure loss,pipeline selection and design.In order to provide reference for the related personnel in the application of pneumatic conveying with positive pressure in pharmaceutical enterprises.
