摘 要:介绍了一种硫酸钾的制备工艺—复分解两步转化法,即氯化钾与硫酸铵反应生成硫酸钾铵与氯化铵钾,硫酸钾铵再与氯化钾溶液反应生成硫酸钾。介绍了该反应的工艺流程、主要工艺过程及参数控制、该方法生产出来的产品含量、生产能耗以及该工艺推荐的设备材质。整个工艺全封闭循环生产,产品硫酸钾K_(2)O质量分数≥50%,K_(2)O转化率>70%,符合农业用硫酸钾国家标准。该工艺较传统复分解工艺产品纯度高,钾转化率高;较新兴的多步转化法,工艺路线短,能耗低,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。A preparation process of potassium sulfate was introduced,i.e.,the reaction of potassium chloride with ammonium sulfate to produce potassium ammonium sulfate and potassium ammonium chloride,and then the reaction of potassium ammonium sulfate with potassium chloride solution to produce potassium sulfate.The process flow,main process and process parameter control,product content,energy consumption and equipment material recommended by this process were described in detail.The K_(2)O mass fraction of the product was≥50%and the K_(2)O conversion rate was more than 70%,which meets the national standard of potassium sulfate for agriculture.Compared with the traditional multiple decomposition process,this process has higher product purity,higher potassium conversion rate,shorter process route and lower energy consumption,and has good social and economic benefits.
