摘 要:了解煤气化炉渣的特性对于发展煤气化炉渣的转化利用技术至关重要,因此为分析气化炉渣的化学组成、显微结构及矿物成分等特征,以甘肃华亭中低变质煤在多原料浆气化炉中产生的炉渣为主要研究对象,采用XRF、SEM、XRD、电子显微镜等技术手段,详细分析研究了样品的化学成分、微观形貌、显微结构构造及矿物组成。研究结果表明:华亭中低变质煤在多原料浆气化炉中产生的气化炉渣的主要化学成分为SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、CaO及残碳;样品的微观形貌呈多孔结构,有球状玻璃体,残碳大小不一,样品的岩相组成主要为石英及微量的碳和方解石。该气化炉渣可作为混凝土的掺合料。It is very important to understand the characteristics of coal gasification slag for developing the conversion and utilization technology of coal gasification slag.Therefore,In order to analyze the chemical composition,microstructure and mineral composition of gasifier slag,the slag produced by Gansu Huating medium-low metamorphic coal in multi-materialslurry gas gasifier was taken as the main research object,the chemical composition,mineral composition,microstructure and microscopic structure of the samples were analyzed in detail and studied by mean of X-Ray Fluorescence,Scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,electron microscope and other technical means.The results show that the main chemical composition of the slag from Multi-feed slurry gas gasifier in huating were SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),Fe_(2)O_(3),CaO and residual carbon.The micromorphology of the sample is porous with spherical vitreous bodies and different sizes of residual carbon.The petrographic composition of the samples is mainly quartz with trace amounts of carbon and calcite,which can be used as admixture of concrete.
