摘　　要：肠玄府理论是韩捷教授源于刘完素建构的玄府理论而提出的诊治溃疡性结肠炎的新理论。该理论主要认为肠玄府的启闭与五脏的生理病理密不可分,其发病常起源于玄府启闭功能失常,并以开通玄府、理肠之性作为治病之本。在此基础上立足五脏辨证,分别从清心通玄、解郁开玄、健脾开玄、宣肺开玄、温肾固玄5个维度出发,充分发挥中医药治疗的优势,开拓思维,提高疗效。The theory of intestinal mysterious orifices is proposed by Professor Han Jie for the diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)on the basis of the theory of mysterious orifices created by Liu Wansu.According to the new theory,the opening or closing of intestinal orifices is closely related to the physiology and pathology of the five zang viscera.Accordingly,the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis is often attributed to the dysfunction of the opening and closing of intestinal mysterious orifices,and the disease should be fundamentally treated by keeping mysterious orifices open and regulating intestines.Additionally,based on the syndrome differentiation of the five zang viscera,its treatment should be manipulated from the following five dimensions:clearing the heart and opening mysterious orifices,resolving depression and opening mysterious orifices,strengthening the spleen and opening mysterious orifices,dispersing the lungs and opening mysterious orifices,and warming the kidneys and strengthening mysterious orifices.The above treatment strategy turns out to be able to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of UC and to improve its clinical curative effect.
