基于玄府理论新视角初探糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症

摘　　要：“玄府”一词始于《内经》,刘完素以此为基,提出“玄微府”“玄府闭密”等概念,最终形成全新的玄府理论体系。糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症因风邪外袭皮毛,阻滞气机,郁遏肌表,玄府腠理闭塞;内有食伤脾胃,湿热内蕴,气血瘀滞,继则血热搏结,津液暗耗,玄府衰竭自闭,终发瘙痒。临床当以开通玄府为基本治则,透邪止痒,内外兼顾。基于玄府理论探讨糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症,以期为临床辨治糖尿病并发症等各种疑难症提供思路。The term“mysterious orifices”is derived from Huangdi Neijing(Inner Canon of Huangdi).Based on that,Liu Wansu proposes concepts such as“black mysterious orifices”and“closed mysterious orifices”,and finally develops it into a new theoretical system.According to the theory,diabetic pruritus is closely related to the state of mysterious orifices.Externally,wind pathogens attack skins and hairs,blocking qi movements,depressing muscle surfaces and blocking the striae of mysterious orifices.While internally,improper diets do damages to the spleen and stomach,resulting in the retention of damp-heat,stagnation of qi and blood stasis,followed by the intermingling of blood stasis and heat pathogens,body fluid depletion,and the function failure and closer of mysterious orifices.In clinic,the disease should be treated by following the basic principle of clearing and smoothing mysterious orifices,dissipating relevant pathogens and relieving itching,and taking into account both internal and external factors.Based on the theory of mysterious orifices,this paper discusses the treatment of diabetic skin pruritus,hoping to provide a new idea for the treatment of diabetes complications and other various difficult diseases.
