摘　　要：江苏省名中医周珉教授创新性地提出“肝既为刚脏,又为娇柔之脏”的学术观点,完善了中医对肝病的认识,形成了论治慢性肝病的基本大法,治疗上制其“刚”性,用药宜“柔”宜“轻”,刚柔相济,疏肝理气、顾护脾胃、活血化瘀诸法并用,应用于临床实践取得肯定的疗效。Professor Zhou Min,a renowned Chinese medicine doctor in Jiangsu Province,innovatively puts forward the academic point of view that“the liver is bold and firm on the one hand,soft and tender on the other hand”,which improves the understanding of liver diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,and constitutes the basic method for their diagnosis and treatment.Accordingly,liver diseases should be treated by inhibiting the organ’s property of boldness and firmness,resorting to drugs that are mild in nature,aiming to dispersing the liver and regulating liver qi,caring for the spleen and stomach,resolving and clearing blood stasis.Its application has achieved positive effects in clinic practices.
