摘　　要：目的运用数据挖掘分析张红教授治疗月经过少的用药规律。方法收集2019年9月-2021年7月中国中医科学院广安门医院张红教授门诊月经过少的中药处方,借助中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),建立方剂数据库,采用关联规则、熵聚类分析的方法,对处方进行用药规律分析。结果共纳入处方205首,涉及药物122味,性味以甘温类为主,主归肝肾脾经;得到用药频次>60次的有20味药,高频用药模式48个,含有16味中药;核心药物组合18个,新处方9首。结论张红教授治疗月经过少以调肝为要,主以调补肝肾以益精血,辅以调和肝脾以生气血,并且分期论治以和阴阳;临床常用核心处方为寿胎丸、逍遥散、五子衍宗丸化裁,用药具有中正平和,动静结合,善用子类药的特色。Objective To analyze Professor Zhang Hong’s medication rules in the treatment of hypeomenorrhea based on data mining.Methods From September 2019 to July 2021,the prescriptions were collected at the outpatient department of Guang’anmen Hospital formulated by Professor Zhang Hong for the treatment of hypeomenorrhea,and a database was established using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)(V2.5).The involving medication rules were analyzed by using the methods of association rules and entropy cluster analysis.Results A total of 205 prescriptions were included in the study,involving 122 drugs,which are mainly sweet and warm in nature and mostly perform their actions through the liver,kidney,and spleen channels.There were 20 drugs with a frequency more than 60 times,and 48 high-frequency medication patterns including 16 drugs.There were 18 core drug combinations and 9 new prescriptions.Conclusion Professor Zhang Hong believes that regulating the liver is crucial in the treatment of hypeomenorrhea,which is mainly achieved by regulating and nourishing the liver and kidney to benefit essence and blood,and supplemented by regulating the liver and spleen to improve qi and blood.Besides,she maintains that the disease should be treated in stages to coordinate yin and yang.The core prescriptions are Shoutai Pills,Xiaoyao Powders and Wuzi Yanzong Pills,which are usually modified flexibly in clinic.The prescriptions features moderation and flexibility in the treatment,making good use of sub-drugs.
