摘　　要：目的探讨火针配合针灸疗法对轻中度老年痴呆患者行为能力和认知功能的影响。方法选取我院2019年9月-2021年5月收治的66例老年痴呆患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组34例和观察组32例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予火针配合针灸疗法,为期6个月。观察2组患者临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、行为能力以及认知功能变化。结果治疗6个月后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者的生活自理能力均较治疗前好转(均P<0.05),但观察组患者生活自理能力优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者简易智能精神状态检测量表(MMSE)各维度评分均较治疗前升高,但观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论火针配合针灸疗法能够改善轻中度老年痴呆患者认知功能和行为能力,提高临床疗效,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of the fire needle therapy combined with acupuncture on the behavioral competence and cognitive function in patients with the mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease.Methods A total of 66 patients with the Alzheimer’s disease treated in our hospital from September 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into a control group of 34 cases and an observation group of 32 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was given a conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group was given a fire needle combined with acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group,both for a period of 6 months.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,changes in their behavioral competence and cognitive function were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The self-care ability in the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment(both P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of all the dimensions of the Mini-Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The fire needle therapy combined with acupuncture can improve the cognitive function and behavioral competence of patients with the mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease,and improve the clinical efficacy,with a high clinical application value.
