摘  要:为提升储水式热水器内胆安全性能,通过合理化学成分设计及炼钢、热轧、酸轧及连退全流程工艺控制,开发出屈服强度260MPa级冷轧搪瓷钢TC260产品,其屈服强度大于260MPa,抗拉强度大于320MPa,延伸率大于26%,钢板经830~850℃高温模拟搪烧10min后屈服强度仍大于260MPa,氢渗透时间11.6min,制成热水器内胆搪瓷不鳞爆,经脉冲压力试验,循环次数均达到26万次以上。In order to improve the safety performance of the liner of water storage water heater,through reasonable chemical composition design and the whole process control of steelmaking,hot rolling,acid rolling and continuous rolling,a cold rolled enamel steel TC260 with yield strength of 260MPa,tensile strength of 320MPa and elongation of 26% was developed.The yield strength of the steel plate is still more than 260MPa after being enamelled at 830~850℃ for 10min,and the hydrogen penetration time is 11.6min.The enamel of the inner liner of water heater is made without scale explosion.The cycles of the steel plate are more than 260,000 times after pulse pressure test.
