摘 要:微小拉压变形的测定在目前的工程领域主要是通过在材料上粘贴一次性应变片结合静态电阻应变仪进行,主要缺点在于造价高且重复利用率较低。本文所提出的弓形传感器基于惠斯通电桥、单位力法原理结合常用数据分析方法,探究并求证了电阻应变仪读数与材料拉压变形量两者之间的线性函数关系。本文所提出的弓形传感器的优点主要在于造价低且可重复拆卸使用,在工程应用中具有较强的实用性。The measurement of micro-tension and compression deformation in the current engineering field is mainly carried out by pasting a disposable strain gauge on the material combined with a static resistance strain gauge.The main drawback is that the cost is high and the reuse rate is low.Based on the principle of Wheatstone bridge and unit force method,combined with the commonly used data analysis method,the linear function relationship between the resistance strain gauge reading and the material tensile and compressive deformation is explored and verified in this paper.The advantages of the bow sensor proposed in this paper are mainly low cost and reusable,which has strong practicability in engineering applications.
