摘　　要：为保护与传承侗族刺绣文化,提出引入服务设计的方法,完善用户在旅行体验中的情感化需求,基于用户视角的痛点出发,深入探讨问题以及解决方案。以用户需求为中心的侗族刺绣服务设计,结合用户在旅行体验中的行为、情绪积极性、痛点综合分析,可以更加有效地得到用户隐性需求。通过有形的实体与无形的服务设计理念结合,优先考虑用户需求,为用户提供个性化体验服务,从而达到传承与优化侗族刺绣文化、促进民族文化发展的目的。In order to protect and inherit the embroidery culture of the Dong nationality,the method of introducing service design is proposed to improve the emotional needs of users in the travel experience,and based on the pain points from the user's perspective,the problems and solutions are discussed in depth.The Dong embroidery service design centered on user needs,combined with the comprehensive analysis of users'behaviors,emotional positivity,and pain points in the travel experience,can more effectively obtain users'hidden needs.Through the combination of tangible entities and intangible service design concepts,priority is given to user needs,and personalized experience services are provided for users,so as to inherit and optimize the embroidery culture of the Dong nationality and promote the development of national culture.
