摘 要:本文以347国道黄冈市巴河特大桥深水基础施工为工程案例,结合该工程的地理位置、水文、地质情况和结构特点,通过多种施工方案比选和论证,确定该工程施工采用双壁钢套箱围堰施工工艺,双壁钢套箱的应用为深水基础施工创造了工作面。本文通过介绍双壁钢套箱结构设计和验算,系统的验证了钢套箱的刚度、强度、稳定性均满足施工要求,保证了施工安全,为类似工程施工提供参考。Basedonthe347national highway huanggang river deepwater foundation construction of the large bridge as the engineering cases,combined with the project of geography,hydrology,geology and structural features,through a variety of construction scheme comparison,determine the construction adopts the construction technology for double-wall steel boxed cofferdam,double-wall steel boxed created for deepwater foundation construction of the application of the working face.In this paper,through the introduction of double wall steel box structure design and checking calculation,the system verified that the rigidity,strength,stability of steel box meet the construction requirements,to ensure the safety of construction,to provide reference for similar engineering construction.
