摘  要:目的分析急性大面积梗死行亚低温治疗的效果。方法选取2020年8月—2021年8月该院收治的88例急性大面积梗死患者为研究对象,入院后随机分组,每组44例。参考组行普通治疗,治疗组增加亚低温治疗,检测两组生化指标,观察恢复情况。结果治疗组梗死治疗有效率(97.73%)高于参考组(81.82%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.456,P=0.035)。治疗前,两组的SOD、NO指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组SOD高于参考组,NO低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.537、6.338,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组NIHSS、BI指数评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组NIHSS评分低于参考组,BI指数评分高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.098、4.521,P<0.05)。结论亚低温治疗的保护机制明显,能抑制神经毒性,加速神经恢复,增强自理能力。Objective To analyze the effect of mild hypothermia treatment for acute large-area infarction.Methods From August 2020 to August 2021,88 patients with acute massive infarction in the hospital were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into 44 patients in each group after admission.The reference group received general treatment,and the treatment group received mild hypothermia,and biochemical indexes were detected to observe the recovery between the two groups.Results The efficacy of the treatment group(97.73%)was higher than that of the reference group(81.82%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.456,P=0.035).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant differences in SOD and NO between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,SOD in the treatment group was higher than that in the reference group,and NO was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.537,6.338,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS and BI index scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score of the treatment group was lower than the reference group,BI index score was higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.098、4.521,P<0.05).Conclusion The protective mechanism of mild hypothermia treatment is obvious,which can inhibit neurotoxicity,accelerate nerve recovery,and enhance self-care ability.
