摘  要:目的研究藤茶黄酮对高脂血症(HLP)大鼠血脂水平的改善作用及可能的作用机制。方法建立HLP大鼠模型,随机数字表法分为模型组、TC-L组、TC-M组、TC-H组、阳性对照组,另设正常对照组。观察大鼠血脂水平,血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、肝组织腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶α(AMPKα)、肝激酶B1(LKB1)mRNA表达及AMPKα、磷酸化腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶α(phospho-AMPKα)、LKB1、磷酸化肝激酶B1(phospho-LKB1)蛋白表达变化。结果藤茶黄酮可降低HLP大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及MDA水平,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、SOD、GSH-Px及phospho-AMPKα、phospho-LKB1蛋白表达(P<0.05)。结论藤茶黄酮可能通过激活AMPK信号通路,改善HLP大鼠血脂水平,发挥调脂作用。Objective To study the improvement effect and possible mechanism of tengcha flavonoids on the blood lipid level of the model rats with hyperlipidemia(HLP).Methods The HLP rat model was established,and the random number table method was adopte to divided the model rats into the model group,TC-L group,TC-M group,TC-H group,positive control group,and the normal control group was also set.The changes of rat blood lipids 4-item levels,serum malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),liver tissue adenylate activated protein kinaseα(AMPKα),liver kinase B1(LKB1)mRNA experssion levels and AMPKα,phosphorylated adenylate activated protein kinaseα(phospho-AMPKα),LKB1,phospho-LKB1 protein levels ere observed.Results The various tengcha flavonoids dosage groups could reduce the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and MDA in HLP rats,and increase the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),SOD,GSH-Px and phospho-AMPKα,phospho-LKB1 protein expresion(P<0.05).Conclusion Tengcha flavonoids may improve the blood lipid levels of HLP rats and play the role in regulating lipids by activating the AMPK signaling pathway.
