摘　　要：目的了解某三甲综合医院科研参与情况,为进一步提高该医院临床、医技和行政科室人员科研参与水平提供建议。方法在文献复习和对该医院临床、医技和行政管理人员科研参与状况调查的基础上,运用卡方检验和二元Logistic回归对该医院科研参与情况的影响因素进行分析。结果该三甲综合医院科研参与情况单因素分析结果具有显著性影响的因素有性别、年龄、职称、科室、学历、工作年限和对科研的流程熟悉程度(P<0.05);职称越高、学历越高的人员参与科研的可能性则越大,临床科室人员参与科研的可能性低于行政职能科室人员,熟悉流程人员参与科研的可能性高于不熟悉流程人员。结论该医院科研参与水平在多个方面存在差异,均衡医院科研投入,完善医院科研管理和培训体系,提高全员科研参与积极性和能力,在提高该医院临床、医技和行政人员科研参与方面意义重大。Objective To understand the scientific research participation of a tertiary general hospital,and to provide suggestions for further improving the research participation level of the clinical,medical technology and administrative departments of the hospital.Methods On the basis of literature review and investigation of the scientific research participation of clinical,medical technical and administrative personnel in the hospital,the influencing factors of scientific research participation in the hospital were analyzed by using chi-square test and binary Logistic regression.Results The univariate analysis results of the scientific research participation of the third class general hospital showed that the significant factors were gender,age,professional title,department,educational background,working years and familiarity with the scientific research process(P<0.05).The higher the title and educational background,the more likely they are to participate in scientific research;The possibility of clinical department staff participating in scientific research is lower than that of administrative functional department staff;The probability of process familiar personnel participating in scientific research is higher than that of process unfamiliar personnel participating in scientific research.Conclusion There are differences in the level of scientific research participation in this hospital in many aspects.Balance the hospital's scientific research investment,improve the hospital's scientific research management and training system,and improve the enthusiasm and ability of all staff to participate in scientific research.
