晨间交接班规范化管理对提升五官科病区护理质量的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在医院五官科病区实施晨间交接班规范化管理模式对护理质量管理的提升效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年2月乌兰察布市中心医院五官科病区10名在职护理人员作为研究对象。将2018年1月—2019年1月常规交接班的护理人员作为对照组,2019年2月—2020年2月进行规范化晨间交接班管理的护理人员作为研究组,以护理管理质量评分表(护理服务态度、基础细节护理、病室管理规范、病历书写规范)为指标对两组进行测评并对比。结果对晨间交接班规范化管理前后的护理质量进行测评,实施管理后护理人员的护理管理质量评分较实施前评分显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晨间交接班规范化管理模式显著提升了五官科病区的护理管理质量和护理效率,护理服务态度、基础细节护理、病室管理规范、病历书写规范均有提高,对深化优质护理服务的内涵意义重大,可推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of implementing the standardized management mode of morning shift in the hospital's ENT ward on nursing quality management.Methods Selected 10 in-service nurses from the ENT ward of Ulanqab Central Hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 as the research objects.The nursing staff who were routinely handed over from January 2018 to January 2019 were used as the control group,and the nurses who underwent standardized morning shift management during the period from February 2019 to February 2020 were used as the study group,and the nursing management quality was scored,the table(nursing service attitude,basic detail nursing,ward management standard,medical record writing standard)was used as the index to evaluate and compare between the two groups.Results The nursing quality before and after the standardized management of morning shifts was evaluated.After the implementation of the management,the nursing management quality scores of the nursing staff were significantly improved compared with those before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized management mode of morning shift shift has significantly improved the nursing management quality and nursing efficiency in the ENT ward,and the nursing service attitude,basic detail nursing,ward management standard,and medical record writing standard have all been improved.It is of great significance for deepening the connotation of high-quality nursing services and can be promoted and applied.
