摘　　要：医疗卫生事业的工作重点之一是信息化建设和卫生统计。通过科学地、系统地对医疗卫生数据的统计、分析,得出结论,可以有效地帮助相关部门对卫生事业进行规划,进行方向性的决策,而且还可以有效监控工作中可能存在的问题,实时监测,及时发现问题,解决问题。该文先探讨卫生信息化建设、卫生统计工作的相关概述,然后分析卫生信息建设和卫生统计工作的联系、分析信息化对卫生事业改革与发展的重要意义,根据信息化背景下卫生统计工作的现状问题,进而探讨出在信息化背景下如何建设卫生统计信息系统的相关措施,以期提高我国医疗卫生工作的系统性和有效性,促进我国现代信息技术在医疗卫生事业中的广泛应用。One of the key points of medical and health care is information construction and health statistics.Through scientific and systematic statistics and analysis of medical and health data,conclusions are drawn.This can effectively help relevant departments to plan health services and make directional decisions.It can also effectively monitor possible problems in the work,monitor in real time,find and solve problems in time.The article first discusses the relevant overview of health informatization construction and health statistics.Then it analyzes the relationship between health information construction and health statistics,and analyzes the significance of informatization to the reform and development of health services.According to the status quo of health statistics work under the background of informatization,the relevant measures of how to build a health statistics information system under the background of informatization are discussed.In order to improve the systemicity and effectiveness of my country's medical and health work,and promote the wide application of our country's modern information technology in medical and health care.
