摘 要:目的研究下呼吸道感染患者的痰细菌培养及药敏试验结果,为临床合理用药提供指导。方法选取2018年7月—2021年6月该院收治的638例下呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,收集患者痰液样本实施细菌学培养,并进行药敏试验,分析病原菌分布情况,并总结病原菌对抗菌药物耐药情况。结果638例患者痰细菌培养中共分离致病菌778株,其中真菌检出144株,占比为18.51%,白色假丝酵母菌检出114株,占比为14.65%;G+菌检出65株,占比8.35%,以金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌为主,占比分别为5.14%、2.31%,其他G+菌检出7株,占比为0.90%;G-菌检出569株,占比为73.14%,以铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌及鲍曼不动杆菌为主,占比分别为25.45%、13.75%、9.13%,其次是奇异变形杆菌、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌,占比分别为4.24%、3.86%,其他G-菌检出102株,占比为13.11%。结论引起下呼吸道感染的主要病原菌是G-菌,对患者进行痰细菌培养及药敏试验,可提高临床用药抗菌药物合性。Objective To study the sputum bacterial culture and drug susceptibility test results of patients with lower respiratory tract infection,and provide guidance for clinical rational drug use.Methods A total of 638 patients with lower respiratory tract infection who were admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and sputum samples were collected for bacteriological culture.The drug susceptibility test was also carried out to analyze the distribution of pathogenic bacteria and summarize the resistance of pathogenic bacteria to antibiotics.Results A total of 778 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the sputum bacterial culture of 638 patients,of which 144 strains were detected by fungi,accounting for 18.51%,and 114 strains of Candida albicans were detected,accounting for 14.65%.65 strains of G+bacteria were detected,accounting for 8.35%,mainly Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae,accounting for 5.14%and 2.31%respectively,and 7 strains of other G+bacteria were detected,accounting for 0.90%.569 strains of G-strain were detected,accounting for 73.14%,mainly Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Acinetobacter baumannii,accounting for 25.45%,13.75%and 9.13%,respectively,followed by Singularity proteus and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia accounted for 4.24%and 3.86%,respectively,and 102 strains of other G-bacteria were detected,accounting for 13.11%.Conclusion The main pathogenic bacteria causing lower respiratory tract infection is G-bacteria.Sputum bacterial culture and drug susceptibility test of patients can improve the compatibility of clinical antibiotics.
