摘 要:选取4,5-咪唑二羧酸为配体,氯化钴为金属源,将二者常温搅拌溶解于DMF和水的混合溶液置于60℃烘箱中72 h,缓慢冷却至室温后得到结构新颖的金属钴配合物单晶.利用X-射线单晶衍射仪对配合物结构进行表征,通过紫外光谱法、荧光光谱法测定钴配合物与鲱鱼精DNA的相互作用模式和结合能力.测试结果表明:该配合物与DNA的结合能力优良,作用效果为氢键作用.4,5-imidazole dicarboxylic acid was selected as the ligand and cobalt chloride as the metal source.They were stirred and dissolved in the mixed solution of DMF and water at room temperature,placed in an oven at 60℃for 72 h,and slowly cooled to room temperature to obtain a single crystal of metal cobalt complex with novel structure.The structure of the complex was characterized by X-ray single crystal diffractometer.The interaction mode and binding ability of cobalt complex with salmon sperm DNA were determined by UV spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results show that the complex has excellent binding ability to DNA,and the effect is hydrogen bonding.
