摘 要:基于Aspen Plus软件,对离子液体1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐([OMIM][Ac])连续萃取精馏分离碳酸二甲酯-乙醇共沸物系的工艺流程进行了模拟,并使用灵敏度分析工具,以塔顶碳酸二甲酯质量分数、塔顶冷凝器与塔釜再沸器热负荷为指标,分析了溶剂比、全塔理论塔板数、回流比、进料位置等工艺参数对分离效果与能耗的影响.结果表明:萃取精馏塔溶剂比为0.27、全塔理论塔板数为37块、回流比为1.5、离子液体和原料进料位置分别为第3块和第16块塔板时,塔顶产品碳酸二甲酯的质量分数能达到99.5%以上,满足分离要求.[OMIM][Ac]作为分离碳酸二甲酯-乙醇共沸物系的萃取剂具有工业前景.Based on Aspen Plus simulation software,the process of separating the dimethyl carbonate ethanol azeotropic system by continuons extractive distillation of ionic liquid 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate([OMIM][Ac])was simulated.At the same time,using the sensitivity analysis tool,taking the mass fraction of dimethyl carbonate on the top of the tower and the heat load of the overhead condenser and tower kettle reboiler as the indexes,the effects of solvent ratio,theoretical number of extractive distillation column,reflux ratio,feed position and process paraneters on the separation effect and energy amsumption were analyzed.The results show that when the solvent ratio of extractive distillation tower is 0.27,the number of theoretical plates of the whole tower is 37,the reflux ratio is 1.5,and the feeding positions of ionic liquid and raw material are the third and 16th plates respectively,the mass fraction of dimethyl carbonate at the top of the tower can reach more than 99.5%,which meets the separation requirement.It shows that[OMIM][Ac]has an industrial prospect as an entrainer for the separating of dimethyl carbonate ethanol azeotrope system.
