摘 要:研究了混合废塑料与稻壳在不同配比(质量比)、不同温度、不同压力下进行共热解性能的研究.实验结果表明混合废塑料与稻壳在共热解过程中有明显的协同作用.稻壳与混合废塑料在反应器中热解的最优工艺条件为:混合废塑料与稻壳质量比1∶1,反应温度500℃,反应压力3 MPa,此条件下混合产物的液相收率为34.17%.废塑料与稻壳共热解所得热解油组分分析表征表明:所得液相产物含有芳香烃、含氧化合物、含氮化合物和烷烃,其中芳香烃和含氧化合物的含量较高,质量分数分别为61.08%和35.54%.The co-pyrolysis properties of mixed waste plastic and rice husk at different ratios(mass ratio),different temperatures and different pressures were studied.The experiments results show that mixed waste plastics and rice husk have obvious synergistic effects in the co-pyrolysis process.The optimal process conditions for the pyrolysis of rice husks and mixed waste plastics in the reactor are as follows:the mass ratio of mixed waste plastics to rice husks is 1∶1,the reaction temperature is 500℃,and the reaction pressure is 3 MPa;the liquid phase yield under these conditions of the mixed product is 34.17%.The analysis and characterization of the pyrolysis oil obtained from the co-pyrolysis of waste plastics and rice husks showed that the liquid phase product obtained contains aromatic hydrocarbons,oxygen-containing compounds,nitrogen-containing compounds,and alkanes,in which the contents of aromatic hydrocarbons and oxygen-containing compounds is relatively high,and the mass fractions are 61.08%and 35.54%,respectively.
