摘  要:【目的】研究同域种植的常春油麻藤(Mucuna sempervirens)对蔓花生(Arachis duranensis)的化感作用。【方法】用不同质量分数(1%、3%、5%、7%和9%)的常春油麻藤叶片水提取液处理蔓花生的离体茎段,测定后者节上不定根的数量和长度、叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性、H_(2)O_(2)和丙二醛(MDA)含量以及质膜透性的变化。【结果】随着常春油麻藤叶水提取液质量分数的增加,蔓花生节上不定根数量和长度及叶片中SOD、CAT和POD活性均下降(P>0.05或P<0.05),化感效应指数小于0;而H_(2)O_(2)和MDA含量以及质膜透性均增加(P>0.05或P<0.05),化感效应指数大于0。【结论】常春油麻藤对蔓花生生长有强烈的抑制性化感作用。[Purpose]To study the allelopathy of Mucuna sempervirens on ground cover plant Arachis duranensis,which planted in the same area.[Method]In vitro stem nodes and leaves of A.duranensis were treated by different mass fraction(1%,3%,5%,7%,and 9%)of aquatic extract of M.sempervirens leaves.The number and length of adventitious roots on the nodes,the activities of super-oxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD),the content of H_(2)O_(2)and malonalde-hyde(MDA),and membrane permeability were determined.[Results]With the increase of mass fraction of the leaf aquatic extract,the number and length of adventitious root,and the activities of SOD,CAT and POD decreased(P>0.05 or P<0.05),and the allelopathic index was less than zero;the content of H_(2)O_(2)and MDA and membrane permeability increased(P>0.05 or P<0.05),and the allelo-pathic index was greater than zero.[Conclusion]M.sempervirens has strong allelopathy(inhibi-tion)on A.duranensis growth.
