浅谈建筑框架柱的质量缺陷及处理措施

摘　　要：某工程项目主体结构部分框架柱表面存在大量的蜂窝麻面、裂缝以及混凝土强度未达到设计强度标准的问题,经专家论证后,决定对现场部分框架柱采取整体置换措施,从而使其加固后满足设计要求。文中结合实际工程,分析了导致框架柱强度不足的原因及处理办法,希望为类似项目提供一定参考。In view of the fact that there are a large number of honeycomb hemp surfaces, cracks and concrete strength on the surface of part of the frame column of the main structure of an engineering project, and the strength of concrete does not meet the design strength standard.After the experts’ demonstration, it is decided to take the overall replacement measures for part of the frame on the spot, so that the design requirements can be met after reinforcement. Combined with the actual project, this paper analyzes the causes and treatment methods of the lack of strength, hoping to provide some reference for similar projects.
