摘 要:在铁路桥梁建设过程中,支架法是现浇施工的一种常用施工方法。支架法具有简单便捷、方便安装拆卸、材料可以重复使用等优点,但在梁体施工前,需对支架进行力学性能检算来确保施工的安全进行。文中根据工程施工的具体情况,对某箱梁进行梁体现浇及梁体横移时采用的支架进行力学性能检算,以保证支架的力学性能和稳定性满足规范要求,从而保证了施工的安全、顺利进行。研究成果对同类工程的施工具有较大的参考价值。In the process of railway bridge construction, bracket method is a common construction method in cast-in-place construction. The bracket method has the advantages of simple and convenient, convenient installation and disassembly, and reusable materials. However, before the beam construction, the mechanical properties of the bracket need to be checked and calculated to ensure the safety of construction. In this paper, according to the specific situation of engineering construction, the mechanical properties of the bracket used in beam casting and beam transverse movement of a box girder are checked and calculated, to ensure the mechanical properties and stability of the bracket meet the specification requirements, so as to ensure the safety and smooth progress of construction. The research results have great reference value for the construction of similar projects.
