摘　　要：文中以南靖县和溪镇坂场村为例,简述了新农村村庄规划的建设背景及其重要意义,分析了社会主义新农村村庄规划中的问题现状,最后提出了社会主义新农村村庄规划的有效策略,以供参考。Taking Banchang Village, Hexi Town, Nanjing County as an example, this paper briefly describes the construction background and significance of new rural village planning. Analyzes the current situation of the problems in the village planning of the new socialist countryside, and finally puts forward some effective strategies for the village planning of the new socialist countryside.
