摘　　要：高成本是阻碍装配式建筑发展的原因之一。文中采用层次分析法进行因素筛选,构建了装配式建筑建造成本结构模型,应用极大似然估计法进行分析。研究表明:装配式建筑深化设计程度、信息技术应用、施工管理制度体系、产业链完整性是装配式建筑建造成本的关键影响因素,且市场环境在两个路径中均存在中介效应。High cost is one of the factors that hinder the development of assembled buildings. This paper takes assembled buildings as the research object, uses hierarchical analysis for factor screening, constructs a structural equation model for the construction cost of assembled buildings, and uses the great likelihood estimation method for analysis. The research shows that the degree of deepening design, information technology application, construction management system and industry chain integrity are the key factors influencing the construction cost of assembled buildings, and the market environment has a mediating effect in both paths.
