摘　　要：近年来我国如疫情传播、自然灾害、爆炸事故灾害等重特大突发事件时有发生,在此背景下,总结已发生的重特大突发事件下应急物流体建设的经验教训,并从管理机制建设、基础设施建设、储备调拨机制、调度运输机制、物资收发机制等方面探讨了重特大突发事件下城市应急物流体系建设的需求和构建思路。In this paper,in light of the sporadic occurrence of major emergencies in China,including the Covid-19 Pandemic,serious natural disasters,or explosion accidents,etc.,we summarized the lessons and experience gained on the construction of the emergency logistics system in the event of such major emergencies,and from the aspects of management mechanism,infrastructure,reserve allocation mechanism,dispatching and transportation mechanism,and material receiving and dispatching mechanism,etc.,discussed the demand for and the line of thinking for the construction of the urban emergency logistics system for major emergencies.
