摘　　要：首先提出了甩挂运输联盟平台价值创造的概念模型,并结合概念模型和甩挂运输联盟平台的特征,基于战略层、运营层和支撑层提出了甩挂运输联盟平台价值创造的具象模型,为了进一步探究甩挂运输联盟平台价值创造的实现过程,从平台设计和发展角度分别提出了运营模型和发展模型,为甩挂运输联盟平台的发展提供参考。Firstly,the paper put forward a conceptual model of value creation for the drop and pull transport associated platform.Then,combined with the characteristics of the model and the platform,based on the strategic layer,operation layer and support layer,it proposed a concrete value creation model for the drop and pull transport associated platform.In order to explore further implementation path for the platform,it put forward the operation model and development model of the platform respectively from the perspective of platform design and development.
