摘 要:在生鲜冷链配送中,考虑光伏发电对运输车辆供电,可以使得整个运输过程做到零污染的优点,首先以固定成本、制冷成本、碳交易成本、惩罚成本、货损成本和电交易成本之和最小为目标,构建了光伏发电驱动的绿色生鲜冷链车辆配送优化模型;然后采用遗传算法对模型进行求解,并与传统燃油驱动的车辆配送模型进行对比。实验结果表明,光伏驱动下的电动车配送优化模型可显著降低碳排放和总成本。最后对碳交易价格进行灵敏度分析,为政府和生鲜企业降低碳排放、实现碳中和提供一定的决策参考。Firstly,aiming at minimizing the sum of fixed cost,refrigeration cost,carbon transaction cost,penalty cost,cargo loss cost and electricity transaction cost,the paper constructed an optimal fresh products distribution model with green cold chain vehicles powered by photovoltaic drive.Then,the paper solved the model with genetic algorithm and compared its outcome with that of the traditional fuel driven vehicles.Through an experiment example,it was shown that the photovoltaic drive vehicle model could significantly reduce carbon emissions and total cost.Finally,the paper conducted a sensitivity analysis of the carbon trading price,which could provide reference for the government and fresh products enterprises in reducing carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality.
