FMEA方法在翻板式分拣机维保管理中的应用

摘　　要：指出翻板式分拣机是机场行李处理系统的关键设备,采用故障类型与影响分析(FMEA)方法对分拣机进行全面的故障模式与影响分析具有重要的现实意义。通过对机场翻板式分拣机通过对机场翻板式行李分拣机进行分析,得出了分拣机的FMEA表格。主要针对分拣机输送功能区域进行了深入的FMEA分析,找到了危害较大的故障模式,并提出了相应的控制措施。针对电气元器件的故障隐患,FMEA小组提出了初步控制措施,需要进一步深入研究。Through the analysis of dropleaf sorting machines in an airport,the paper got the FMEA form of the machine.Then,it analyzed the functional modules of the machine in greater detail to find the fault mode with greater effect,and put forward the corresponding control measures.As for the threats of electrical failure with the machine,we presented some preliminary control measures for further study and consideration.
