生理性海水联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗儿童鼻窦炎的临床效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的探究生理性海水联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗儿童鼻窦炎的临床效果及安全性。方法选择2020年7月至2021年3月于梅州市妇女儿童医院就诊的83例鼻窦炎儿童,以随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=42)和对照组(n=41)。对照组使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,治疗组给予生理性海水联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗。治疗后比较两组的临床症状评分、临床疗效、复发率和安全性。结果治疗后,治疗组的临床症状评分低于对照组,治疗组的临床疗效高于对照组,治疗组的复发率低于对照组,治疗组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生理性海水与糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂合用治疗儿童鼻窦炎,可有效改善临床症状,降低复发率,安全性较高,临床疗效明显,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Physiological Seawater combined with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray in the treatment of children with sinusitis.Methods Altogether 83 children with sinusitis in Meizhou Women and Children’s Hospital from July 2020 to March 2021 were selected.They were divided into the treatment group(n=42)and the control group(n=41)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray,the treatment group was treated with Physiological Seawater combined with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray.After treatment,the clinical symptom score,clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and safety of patients between the two groups were compared.Results After the therapy,the clinical symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Physiological Seawater combined with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray in the treatment of sinusitis in children can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.It is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
