摘  要:以红颜草莓为试材,研究了4种植物生长调节剂对草莓生长发育、外观性状、可溶性固形物含量、硬度的影响。结果表明,外源施加芸苔素内酯可在一定程度上增加草莓叶片叶绿素含量和新叶数,叶绿素含量(SPAD值)达到了50.16,新叶数达到了7.67片;外源施加矮壮素显著增加了草莓花朵数、果实纵横径、单果重,单株花朵数达到了10.00朵,果实纵径达到了3.45 cm、横径达到了2.91 cm,单果重较清水对照增加了5.00 g;外源施加诱抗素显著提高了草莓可溶性固形物含量(15.99%),同时能更好地维持果实硬度,硬度达到了1.52 kg/cm^(2)。The effects of four plant growth regulators on the growth,appearance,soluble solid content and hardness of strawberry were studied by using Hongyan strawberry as experimental material.The results showed that exogenous application of brassinolide could increase the chlorophyll content and the number of new leaves of strawberry to a certain extent,the chlorophyll content(SPAD value)reached 50.16,and the number of new leaves reached 7.67.Exogenous appli-cation of chlormequat significantly increased the number of flowers,fruit vertical and horizontal diameter and single fruit weight,the number of flowers per plant reached 10.00,the vertical diameter of fruit reached 3.45 cm,the horizontal diameter of fruit reached 2.91 cm,and the single fruit weight increased by 5.00 g compared with the control of water.The content of soluble solids significantly increased by exogenous application of inducer,which reached 15.99%.At the same time,exogenous application of inducer could maintain the fruit hardness better,which reached 1.52 kg/cm2.
