摘 要:黑水虻处理有机废弃物是当前有机废弃物处理领域的热点,近几年相关技术研究与应用都得到了较大发展。本文综述了黑水虻处理畜禽粪便、餐厨垃圾和病死畜禽尸体等的研究现状,针对存在的问题总结了调节有机废弃物碳氮比、利用细菌协同作用和对有机废弃物预发酵等解决方法,指出了今后的研究方向,以期为黑水虻处理有机废弃物的理论与应用研究及产业化发展提供参考。The organic waste treatment by black soldier fly is a hot spot in the current organic waste treatment field.In recent years,the related technology research and application have been greatly developed.This paper reviewed the current research situation of the treatment of livestock and poultry manure,kitchen waste,and carcasses of diseased livestock and poultry by black soldier fly.In view of the existing problems,some solutions were summarized,including adjusting carbon-nitrogen ratio of the organic waste,using the bacterial synergism and pre-fermenting organic waste,etc.The further research directions were pointed out,so as to provide references for the theoretical and applied research and industrialization development of the organic waste treatment by black soldier fly.
