摘　　要：哺乳动物后代的生存离不开乳腺在哺乳期间提供的充足脂类,细胞死亡诱导DFFA样效应蛋白A(CIDEA)是一种脂滴外壳蛋白,在泌乳乳腺中高水平表达,在脂代谢过程中发挥重要作用。本文综述了CIDE蛋白家族及CIDEA在奶牛脂代谢中的作用。The survival of mammalian offspring is dependent on the adequate supply of lipids from the mammary gland during lactation.Cell death-induced DNA fragmentation factor-alpha-like effector A(CIDEA)is a lipid droplet shell protein that is expressed at high levels in the lactating mammary gland and plays an important role in lipid metabolism.This paper reviews the studies of the CIDE protein family in lipid metabolism and the specific studies of CIDEA in dairy cattle lipid metabolism.
