摘　　要：随着微矩形电连接器产品的蓬勃发展,电缆和线束定制化产品也在不断增加,电缆种类与产量呈逐年上升趋势。而此类产品线束加工往往工序繁复,容易出错且容错率较低,检测质量环节往往是生产后期,航空航天产品也不允许返工,不但会影响产品质量,还会影响产品交期,这就对微矩形电连接器电缆及其带线产品的检测提出了更严苛的要求,既要保证检测进度,也要保证检测效率和合格率。因此,应改进检测方法和设备,既要满足检测效率,也要保证检测合格率。为此,设计并制造一种满足微矩形电连接器带线电缆产品电性能智能检测测试仪,以满足测试要求。With the Vigorous Development of Micro Rectangular Electrical Connector Products,the Customized Products of Cables and Belt Harnesses Have Increased,and the Types and Output of Cables Have Also Increased Significantly Year by Year.the Harness Processing of Such Products is Often Complicated,Error Prone and Low Fault Tolerance.when Quality Problems Are Detected,They Are Often in the Later Stage of Production,and Aerospace Products Are Not Allowed to Be Reworked,It Not Only Affects the Product Quality,but Also Affects the Product Delivery Time,Which Puts Forward More Stringent Requirements for the Inspection of Micro Rectangular Electrical Connector Cable and Its Belt Products,Which Should Not Only Ensure the Inspection Progress,but Also Ensure the Inspection Efficiency and Qualified Rate.Therefore,It is a Very Necessary Choice to Improve the Detection Methods and Equipment,Not Only to Meet the Detection Efficiency,but Also to Ensure the Detection Qualification Rate.Therefore,We Design and Manufacture an Intelligent Testing Instrument for the Electrical Performance of Micro Rectangular Electrical Connector Ribbon Cable Products to Meet the Testing Requirements and Testing Efficiency.
