摘  要:针对贵州某风电场35 kV箱式变压器雷击事件,文章介绍了该场站的箱变防雷保护现状,从风电机组、箱变雷电反击等方面分析了雷害事件发生的原因,提出了箱式防雷害事件的整改措施。即,增大箱变高、低压室接地铜排到基础内接地扁铁(地网)的电缆规格;拆除原有低压侧浪涌保护器(SPD模块),更换为氧化锌避雷器;增强绝缘;在箱变测控内增设过电压保护功能,通过以上整改,可以减少该风电场35 kV箱式变压器防雷保护薄弱环节,提高设备可靠性。Aiming at the lightning stroke event of 35 kV box transformer in a wind farm in Guizhou,this paper introduces the current situation of lightning protection of box transformer in the station,analyzes the causes of lightning disaster event from the aspects of wind turbine generator and lightning counterattack of box transformer,and puts forward the rectification measures of box lightning disaster event:increase the cable specification from the grounding copper bar of high and low voltage chamber of box transformer to the grounding flat iron(grounding grid)in the foundation;Remove the original surge protector(SPD module)at low voltage side and replace it with zinc oxide arrester;Enhanced insulation;The overvoltage protection function is added in the box transformer measurement and control.Through the above rectification,the weak links of lightning protection of 35 kV box transformer in the wind farm are eliminated and the equipment reliability is improved.
