摘 要:近年来,由于前期基础钢筋或金属围栏施工不满足施工工艺要求,在新建及扩建的变电站工程出现干式空心并联电抗器投运后,形成闭合环形回路,引起金属围栏或电气设备基础连接处发热的现象。本文结合陕西某座750 kV变电站66 kV干式空心并联电抗器绝缘支柱下方与接地扁铁连接处异常发热现象,通过现场开挖检查干式空心并联电抗器接地系统接地方式,分析电抗器基础施工结构,利用红外热成像技术开展红外测温及进行干式空心并联电抗器基础内钢筋导通性能测试,并根据现场情况及检测结果判断,发现此干式空心并联电抗器磁场范围内存在闭合环形回路从而产生电流导致发热,由此制定了发热处理方案并进行现场消缺,提出了相应的预防措施。这一研究结果可用于避免类似施工质量缺陷的再次出现,减少人力物力的损失,保障电力企业变电设备的正常运行,为电网的安全稳定运行奠定良好基础。In recent years,due to the fact that the construction of basic steel bars or metal fences in the early stage did not meet the requirements of construction technology,after the dry-type hollow shunt reactors were put into operation in newly built and expanded substation projects,a closed loop was formed,causing the metal fences or the basic connection of electrical equipment.The phenomenon of fever.In this paper,combined with the abnormal heating phenomenon at the connection between the insulating pillar of a 66 kV dry-type hollow shunt reactor and the grounded flat iron in a 750 kV substation in Shaanxi,the grounding method of the grounding system of the dry-type hollow shunt reactor is checked through on-site excavation,and the basic construction structure of the reactor is analyzed.Using infrared thermal imaging technology to carry out infrared temperature measurement and test the continuity performance of steel bars in the drytype hollow shunt reactor foundation,and according to the field conditions and test results,it is found that there is a closed loop in the magnetic field range of the dry-type hollow shunt reactor.The generation of current leads to heat generation.Therefore,a heat treatment plan is formulated and the defects are eliminated on site.Corresponding preventive measures are put forward.The results of this research can be used to avoid the recurrence of similar construction quality defects,reduce the loss of human and material resources,and ensure the change of power enterprises.The normal operation of electrical equipment lays a good foundation for the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
