摘　　要：直流电阻箱是实验室进行电学测量的重要仪器,文章选用八位半数字多用表采用数字表法,对准确度等级为0.02级的实验室直流电阻箱进行检定,建立了直流电阻箱电阻值测量的数学模型,分析了各输入量标准不确定度的来源。通过对影响测量结果的不确定分量的分析,计算出测量点的合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,进而对电阻箱全量程的相对扩展不确定度进行评定,为直流电阻箱的检定提供了可靠依据。The DC resistance box is an important instrument for electrical measurement in the laboratory.In this paper,an eight-and-a-half-digit multimeter is used to verify the laboratory DC resistance box with an accuracy level of 0.02 by using the digital meter method,and the resistance of the DC resistance box is established.The mathematical model of value measurement,analyzes the source of standard uncertainty of each input quantity,and calculates the synthetic uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of the measurement point through the analysis of the uncertainty components that affect the measurement results,and then the resistance box full uncertainty is calculated.The relative expansion uncertainty of the range is evaluated,which provides a reliable basis for the verification of the DC resistance box.
