摘 要:目的:观察大果木姜子油对异丙肾上腺素致心肌缺血大鼠心电图、心功能变化的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、大果木姜子油组和普萘洛尔组,连续灌胃给药10 d。皮下多点注射异丙肾上腺素(ISO)诱导心肌缺血大鼠模型,利用BL-420生物机能实验信号系统监测大鼠肢体Ⅱ导联心电图ST段变化,以及左心室收缩压(LVSP)、左心室舒张末期压(LVEDP)、左心室收缩压最大上升速率(+LVdP/dt_(max))和左心室收缩压最大下降速率(-LVdP/dt_(max));酶联免疫吸附法检测大鼠血清脑钠肽(BNP)和N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)情况。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠肢体Ⅱ导联心电图ST段抬高,LVSP和±LVdP/dt_(max)降低,LVEDP升高,血清BNP和NT-proBNP含量升高;与模型组相比,大果木姜子油组和普萘洛尔组大鼠肢体Ⅱ导联心电图ST段显著下降,LVSP和±LVdP/dt_(max)显著升高,LVEDP显著下降,血清BNP和NT-proBNP含量显著降低。结论:大果木姜子油能明显改善异丙肾上腺素致心肌缺血大鼠心功能变化,为临床应用提供理论依据。Objective To observe the effects of oil of Cinnamomum migao H.W.Li on electrocardiogram and cardiac function in rats with myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol.Methods Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,propranolol group and oil of Cinnamomum migao H.W.Li group.The model of myocardial ischemia in rats was established by subcutaneous multipoint injection of isopropinephrine hydrochloride,using BL-420 biological function experimental signal monitoring system of rat limbⅡlead ecg ST segment changes,as well as left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP),left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP)and left ventricular systolic blood pressure increased rate of maximum(+LVdP/dt_(max))and left ventricular systolic maximum decline rate(-LVdP/dt_(max)).Serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)were detected by enzym-linked immunosorbent assay.Results Compared with normal group,ST segment ofⅡlead electrocardiogram in limbs of rats in model group was elevated,LVSP and±LVdp/dt_(max) were decreased,LVEDP was increased,BNP and NT-proBNP levels in serum were increased.Compared with model group,ST segment ofⅡlead electrocardiogram in limbs of rats in oil of Cinnamomum migao group and propranolol group were significantly decreased,LVSP and±LVdP/dt_(max) were significantly increased,LVEDP was significantly decreased,and serum BNP and NT-proBNP contents were significantly decreased.Conclusion Oil of Cinnamomum migao H.W.Li can significantly improve the changes of cardiac function in rats with myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol,and provide theoretical basis for clinical application.
