摘  要:蒙药地格达-4味汤是蒙古族最经典的处方之一,由肋柱花、胡黄连、栀子、瞿麦4味药组合而成,具有清“协日”、凉血、调糟归精之功效,临床上常用于血热相搏、肝胆热症、咽喉肿痛、口渴烦燥等多种病症。文章概括地格达-4味汤及其单药的国内外文献,对地格达-4味汤的化学成分、药理作用、临床应用、剂型改进等方面进行了归纳和总结,为该方的进一步深入研究和临床应用提供参考。Mongolian medicine formula Digeda-4 Decoction is a classic Mongolian prescription.It is composed of four medicinal herbs:Lomatogonium rotatum,Neopicrorhiza scrophulariiflora,Gardenia jasminoides Ellis and Dianthus superbus.It has a various pharmacological functions such as clearing“Xieri”,cooling the blood,regulating the dross and restoring essence.Clinically,it was used for diseases such as blood heat,liver diseases and gallbladder heat,sore throat,thirst and irritation and so forth.This paper reviewed the latest published literatures of Digeda-4 decoction and its four single drug,summarized the chemical composition,pharmacological action,clinical application and preparations of Digeda-4 decoction,and provided reference for further research and clinical application of Digeda-4 decoction.
