就业能力导向视域下应用型高校大学生职业指导精细化研究——以吉林化工学院为例

摘　　要：在就业现状不容乐观的今天,为了帮助大学生实现高质量就业,深入研究了“应用型高校大学生精细化职业指导”的管理理念。在分析了高校职业指导现状,了解了职业指导精细化的内涵后,制定了一系列的措施及原则。精细化职业指导的开展,不仅有利于大学生认清自我,树立正确的择业观;更有助于国家的建设与开发。Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology has conducted the study on the management concept of“fine vocational guidance for application-oriented college students”in order to help college students achieve high-quality employment in the context of poor employment situation.After analyzing the current situation of vocational guidance in colleges and universities and getting the knowledge of the connotation of the refinement of vocational guidance,a series of measures and principles are formulated.The development of fine vocational guidance is not only helpful for college students to know themselves and establish a correct view of career choice,but it is also conducive to national construction and development.
