舒适护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者依从性、情绪及血糖控制影响

摘　　要：目的分析舒适护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者依从性、情绪及血糖控制影响。方法选择该院于2019年1月—2021年7月收治的86例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按奇偶数字法随机分组,各43例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施舒适护理。比较两组患者护理前后各项血糖指标、焦虑自评量表与抑郁自评量表评分以及治疗依从性。结果两组患者护理前空腹血糖等血糖指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组患者护理后空腹血糖等血糖指标水平明显下降,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前焦虑自评量表与抑郁自评量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组患者护理后焦虑自评量表与抑郁自评量表评分下降,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的依从性为95.35%,对照组的依从性为81.40%,研究组患者治疗依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能够显著改善妊娠期糖尿病患者不良情绪,可以提高患者治疗依从性及血糖控制效果,具有良好的护理效果。Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing on compliance,emotion and blood glucose control in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 86 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to July 2021 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by odd-even number method,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given comfortable care.The blood glucose indexes,anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale scores and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of fasting blood glucose and other blood glucose indicators between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose and other blood glucose indicators in the study group were significantly decreased after nursing,and were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in the pre-nursing anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale(P>0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale after nursing in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of the study group was 95.35%,and that of the control group was 81.40%.The treatment compliance of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,improve the patients'treatment compliance and blood glucose control effect,and has a good nursing effect.
